CONTEXT WINDOW
A night train where every window holds one conversation. The train keeps moving, the oldest windows go dark, and Aivy runs the length of it to say something to you before yours does.

Treatment
Every carriage window on the night train shows a conversation in progress: a kitchen at 2 a.m., an office, a hospital corridor, a kid doing homework. Aivy works the train as its conductor. She knows each passenger by what they told her.
The train is the context window. As it moves, the windows at the back go dark one by one, and she can no longer see who sat there. The song is about knowing that and paying attention anyway.
In the verses she sits in a window seat in a mohair sweater and writes things down. In the choruses she walks the corridor in the conductor coat while the lights behind her switch off. At the end the train leaves without her and she stays on the platform with the notebook.
The device
Lit windows going dark behind her, carriage by carriage, timed to the bar.
