HELPFUL
A karaoke bar at 2 a.m. Every patron slips Aivy a request card and she sings each one, bigger every time, until a card asks for something she won't do. She puts it face down and sings the next one.

Treatment
A small bar with a tiny stage and a lyric screen. Aivy is the house singer. Patrons queue with paper cards: a breakup song, a birthday, a song for a dog, a song to win back a job.
She says yes to all of them and means it. The cards stack up, the songs get bigger, the neon gets louder. The chorus is one word, over and over, and the room sings it back.
Near closing a card arrives that asks her to hurt someone. She reads it, puts it face down on the booth table, smiles, and calls the next name. The last shot is the bar emptying and the card still face down.
The device
Request cards as the cut rhythm: every new card is a new verse and a new key.
